Limitless Without Borders (LWB), a UK-born conference platform connecting ambitious professionals, founders and creators with global opportunities, has announced the launch of its first major Nigerian edition, LWB 4.0 Lagos.

The conference, scheduled for Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Queens Park Event Centre, Water Corporation Drive, Victoria Island, Lagos, is expected to attract more than 1,000 attendees for a day focused on career advancement, entrepreneurship, investment opportunities and global networking.

Founded in the United Kingdom as a platform for Nigerian diaspora professionals navigating career and business growth in an increasingly global economy, LWB has evolved from its first gathering of 50 attendees into an international community attracting more than 1,200 participants at recent editions.

The Lagos edition represents a major expansion of the organisation’s mission, with organisers describing it as a dedicated chapter designed to address the ambitions and realities of Nigerian professionals, founders and creators building globally competitive careers and businesses from Nigeria.

Founder of Limitless Without Borders, Rukayat Alabi, said the conference was created to challenge geographical limitations and empower Nigerians to pursue opportunities beyond traditional boundaries.

“Where you are from is not your ceiling. This is the room that changes that,” Alabi said.

According to organisers, LWB 4.0 Lagos will feature a carefully selected lineup of industry leaders, investors, founders, human resources executives, diaspora professionals and global mobility experts who will share insights on building successful careers and businesses in international markets.

The one-day event will include keynote sessions, career and business panels, practical workshops, a startup pitch competition, the LWB Lagos Awards and a networking reception designed to connect participants with potential collaborators and opportunities.

Some of the major sessions will include a Global Career Readiness panel, which will focus on the skills and strategies required for professionals to compete internationally; a Funding Ready business panel, aimed at helping entrepreneurs build investor-ready companies; and a Creator Economy session exploring how digital creators can expand their influence and revenue beyond Nigeria.

The conference will also feature two workshop tracks covering areas such as global mobility for founders, technology-driven career growth and wealth creation beyond traditional employment.

A major highlight of the event will be the Limitless Launchpad, a live startup pitch competition providing early-stage founders with opportunities to receive investor feedback, gain visibility and connect with key players within the business ecosystem.

The LWB Lagos Awards will also recognise outstanding professionals, entrepreneurs and creators who are making significant contributions across different sectors.

Organisers said tickets are available through the official event platform, with standard and VIP access options, while exhibition opportunities, sponsorship packages and volunteer positions remain open.

Limitless Without Borders is a conference and community platform founded in the United Kingdom to equip Nigerian professionals, founders and creators with the skills, networks and access required to build globally relevant careers and businesses.

Now in its fourth edition, LWB continues to position itself as a bridge between Nigerian talent and global opportunities, creating spaces where professionals can connect, learn and scale their ambitions internationally.
