The eighth edition of Lost Season, a gospel worship concert hosted by gospel minister Oladimeji Image, drew worshippers from within and outside Nigeria to Maryland, Lagos, for an evening of praise, worship and exhortation centred on the theme, Shabach.

Held at Freude’s Place, the annual gathering featured gospel music performances and worship sessions, with organisers describing the event as an opportunity for believers to offer thanksgiving and deepen their spiritual devotion.

Speaking through his media aide, Oluwaseun Fabiyi, Image said the vision behind the annual gathering was to create an atmosphere where people could worship God without regard to social status.

“Lost offers a chance for people to render unreserved thanks to God, unaffected by their societal position or prestige. As praise rises, blessings undoubtedly follow. This gathering is a portal to the divine, exceeding a mere get-together,” he said.

The event featured a sermon by Bishop Bayo Ogundipe of Calvary International Christian Center, who urged Christians to offer God quality worship and praise.

Gospel artistes including Elijah Daniels, Tosin Bee, Mister Olamilekan and Olabest led praise sessions, while Ebun Oluwa Sings and T-Keyz anchored worship ministrations that formed part of the night’s activities.

Organisers said security arrangements were put in place throughout the venue to ensure the safety of attendees, many of whom travelled from different parts of Nigeria and abroad.

The concert ended in the early hours of Saturday, with participants describing the gathering as a memorable worship experience. Organisers expressed optimism that the annual event would continue to provide a platform for gospel worship and fellowship in subsequent editions.
