Memorial service for Boyo holds tomorrow


The memorial service of late Engr. David Oritsemolagbemi Boyo, holds tomorrow, May 29, at Christ Pentecostal Mission (CPM), Egbe branch, located at N01. Akindehinde Close, CPM Bus Stop, Off Egbe Road, Ikotun Egbe, Lagos by 11 am.
He died in May last year at the age of 65 years in Lagos.

Late Boyo was born into the family of Late Harrison Atsegbedeoritse Boyo (Alias Baba Okuna) and the late Mrs. Christiana Tenumah Boyo from Jakap town in the Warri North Local Government of Delta State. 
He attended Academy Primary School in the urban area in Sapele and proceeded to Federal Technical College Sapele where he graduated as an electrical engineer.
In 1976, he gained employment at Niger Park and later joined The Guardian Newspaper in May 1986 where he worked until his death as Head of the Electrical-Engineering Department.
The late Boyo was also a devoted and dedicated member of CPM Egbe, where he was the Committee Chairman and Head of the Family fellowship unit from 1998 till his death.
He is survived by daughters, Alero Boyo, Orighomisan Boyo, Late Diana Boyo, grandson, David Boyo, siblings Samuel Boyo, Johnson Boyo, Abigail Boyo Akanbi and Stella Igaja.

Boyo is a generous and selfless man who is always ready to help and support anyone that comes across his path.
His tireless love and devotion to his family were evident in his final moment.
