The General Overseer of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, has warned Christians against etching tattoos on their bodies. He also took a swipe at young people adopting braided hairstyles and dressing like women.

Muoka disclosed this at the weekend during the biennial programme of the church, titled “…And The Enemies Submitted,” held at The Chosen Revival Ground, along Oshodi-Apapa Expressway, Lagos.

Muoka wondered how a true Christian can design his or her body with tattoos like people of the world.      

According to him, all those who indulge in such activities are destined for destruction and cannot inherit the kingdom of God. He urged them to repent from their sin and embrace Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour.

“We have men who plait their hair, dress like women, and even design their bodies with tattoos; that is an abomination. You wear earrings, and every part of the body is pierced with chains; that is a mark of destruction. How about women wearing trousers? Such people cannot enter the kingdom of God. They shall be cast into hellfire, including the homosexuals and lesbians,” Muoka said.

He described the devil as the archenemy of man who came to steal, kill, and destroy, but has no power and authority over true children of God.

Muoka said, “Our enemies, whether spiritual or human agents, can be anybody as long as they have the spirit of the devil and are not born again.”

Assuring participants not to fear, but believe God for victory, Muoka said, “In this programme, the devil and his agents have lost their grip in your life.”
