Timinipre Ovuru, a renowned writer, poet, freelance journalist, and CEO of Mangroove House Publishers, said aims to be an inspiration to the next generation.
Timinipre, who is making waves in the industry with over 20 years of expertise and professionalism, said “Throughout my career, I have been privileged to work with four Bayelsa state First Ladies as a Speech Writer and Press Secretary. These experiences have shaped my expertise and professionalism over the past 20 years.
“I provide a range of services, including speechwriting for clients from various sectors. My goal is to help clients develop compelling speeches that resonate with their audience, whether it’s government officials, corporate executives, or NGOs,” Timinipre adds. “Additionally, I offer marketing and advertising copywriting services to help brands elevate their businesses and achieve sales growth.”
As the CEO of Mangroove House Publishers, she shared her passion to help aspiring writers. “From editing and proofreading to helping authors obtain their ISBN and printing, I provide end-to-end publishing services. I also market the published work, ensuring authors receive the recognition they deserve”.
The Bayelsa-based writer noted that her passion for the literary world extends to organizing and managing literary events. “Whether it’s a small-scale gathering or a large-scale event, I work closely with clients to meet their project goals and create memorable experiences,” he stressed.
Recounting her wins and honour, the writer who doubles as an executive Member of the Nun River Development Initiative, stated “I am honored to have received the fellowship of the Ebedi Writers residency and to have been invited as a panelist and guest at the prestigious African literary festival at Oxford University. My poems have also been recognized by the International Society of Poets”.
