Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has remitted N70 billon to the federation account in the last one year.

A statement by his Special Assistant, Media, Yakubu Musa yesterday also said the Executive Vice Chairman of the commission, Professor Umar Garba Danbatta, is among the heads of key government’s agencies that would make presentation at a two-day retreat on enhancing revenue generation in the country.

Musa said the retreat would also address impediments to effective non-oil revenue generation, identifying hidden revenue sources.

The NCC chairman’s aide revealed the retreat would hold from July 13 to 15, 2016 in Kano State.
