Its Acting Director General, Air Commodore Aikhogbu Iyamu, gave the assurance yesterday during an on-the-spot access visit of the sites in Ogbaru Local Council Area of the state.

The agency urged people in affected communities of Odekpe, Atani and environs to evacuate their homes for the upland.

Reminding the people that emergency management was taxing, the NEMA chief stated that nobody could control nature, insisting that globally, flood management had posed problems even in the United States.
