Director-General of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Dr. Garba Abari, has urged youths to create their own future by finding a conducive environment for learning.

He spoke yesterday at a programme on ‘Peace, Unity, Security and Development’ organised by the NOA at the University of Jos.

According to him, peace is the mandate of NOA, expressing joy that increasing number of private sector participants have keyed into the mandate.
