… vows to deliver the constituency, Tinubu
The member representing Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Donald Kimikanbo Ojogo, has rallied supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Arogbo, Ilaje Local Council Area of Ondo State, urging them to remain united and work for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu and the party’s candidates in the 2027 general elections.
Ojogo, who is the APC candidate for Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency, stated this on Sunday at his country home in Arogbo Kingdom, where he was received by an enthusiastic crowd of party faithful and community members.
The lawmaker expressed appreciation to the people of Arogbo, party leaders and supporters for the reception accorded him following the APC primary election, describing the turnout as a clear demonstration of the people’s confidence in his leadership and vision for the constituency.
He noted that the support demonstrated by the people would further strengthen his commitment to quality representation and attracting more federal projects to the constituency, adding that he remained dedicated to fulfilling the promises made to his constituents.
Ojogo assured the people that he would continue to pursue initiatives capable of improving infrastructure, economic opportunities and other developmental needs in Ilaje/Ese-Odo, in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu, which he said had already begun to yield positive results across the country.
The federal lawmaker also urged APC members to remain united and mobilise support for the party ahead of the 2027 general elections, stressing that victory at the primary election marked the beginning of the task ahead and not the end of the struggle.
“As we prepare for the general elections, we must remain united and committed to ensuring victory for the APC at all levels,” Ojogo said.
“Together, we can consolidate on the progress already recorded and attract more development to our constituency,” he added, emphasising the need for collective effort in achieving the party’s objectives.
As part of the homecoming activities, the federal lawmaker paid a courtesy visit to the traditional ruler of Arogbo Kingdom, Zaccheaus Doubra Egbunu, where he received the monarch’s blessings and reaffirmed his commitment to promoting peace, unity and development in the kingdom and the constituency at large.
Supporters at the gathering pledged their support for Ojogo’s re-election bid, Tinubu and other APC candidates, expressing confidence in the party’s leadership and its ability to deliver on its promises ahead of the 2027 elections.
