Commander, Operation Safe Haven (OPSH), Maj-Gen. Augustine Agundu, yesterday in Jos, Plateau State, disclosed that the OPSH has remained relentless in its effort to eradicate all threats to peace on the Plateau.

Agundu, who stated this at the graduation ceremony of 47 repentant criminals, hitherto known as the ‘Sara-Suka Boys’ of Jos North and Bassa councils, recalled that the crises leading to wanton destruction of lives and property had been contained through a combination of kinetic and non-kinetic operations.

He noted that “the initial factors that led to the crises are today non-existent, but have metamorphosed into a series of anti-social activities involving the youths.”
