P-Square, 2Face, 9ice to unleash more Afrobeats on UK fans

Almost two weeks after Wizkid made history again by thrilling a sold-out Tottenham Hotspur stadium audience of over 40,000 on Saturday, July 29, there will be more Afrobeats to enjoy by United Kingdom fans this week.

Almost two weeks after Wizkid made history again by thrilling a sold-out Tottenham Hotspur stadium audience of over 40,000 on Saturday, July 29, there will be more Afrobeats to enjoy by United Kingdom fans this week.

For three consecutive nights, beginning Friday, P-Square (Peter and Paul Okoye), 2BaBa and 9ice will headline the galaxy of stars lined up for the Interswitch One Africa Music Fest across three England cities.

Tagged: ‘Celebrating Afrobeats Legends’, the show kicks off in Manchester on Friday. Birmingham fans will have their piece of the action on Saturday and Sunday.

The Afrobeats legends will entertain their fans at Koko in Camden. Others lined up for performance with the main protagonists include: Wande Coal, Duncan Mighty and Omawumi.
