Tomorrow, March 20, the Prof. Ade Ajayi Auditorium at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) will come alive as several top artistes, Nollywood stars and speakers will lead discussions on Say No To Cultism, Internet Fraud & Drug Dealings.

It will be a rich assemblage of celebrities featuring Dr. Sid, Korede Bello, Sound Sultan, Ruggedybaba, Small Doctor, Funke Akindele, Odunade Adekola and Omoni Oboli.

The event, starting from 8:00a.m. in an effort to correct the public’s impression that the job of the police is all about chasing offenders, while it intends to arrest the attention of the youths against the social vices.

Organized by the Zone 2 command, comprising Lagos and Ogun states police command, and marshaled by the Zone 2 command Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Chief Superintendent of Police, Dolapo Badmus, the event tagged ‘Security Concert’ will seek to bridge the gap between the police and the public, especially the youths.

According to Badmus, the command no longer wants to see the younger ones who are the country’s future behind bars. “It is therefore ready to partner with them to create a better society. It is a security concert that will certainly bring change in the society,” she said.
