Priests, Peace, and Justice (PPJ) Initiative has asked the President Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressives Congress (APC) government to fully implement the anti-corruption strategies to achieve the desired objective.

The coordinator, Dr. Otive Igbuzor, at an event yesterday in Abuja, which seeks to mobilise over 82 million Christians against corruption, stressed the need for Christians, especially Pentecostals, to “shun, stand against and preach against corruption” in the country.

Stating that corruption remained a key challenge in the country, the founding executive director of African Centre for Leadership Strategy and Development (Centre LSD) linked the challenge to the nation’s alarming poverty rate despite the huge earnings from natural resources.
