The Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN) yesterday condemned the use of expatriates in delivering infrastructures, saying that the situation is worsening the transfer of wealth from Nigeria to the country and making Nigerians poorer.

APBN also lamented the alarming insecurity in Nigeria and urged the Federal Government to embark on a thorough re-appraisal of the situation with a view to finding lasting solution to the hydra-headed problem.

Specifically, it advised the government to face the problem with appropriate technology, human capacity and deploy extra appropriation to deal with the issues.

The President of APBN, Chief Olumuyiwa Ajibola, who spoke in Lagos, implored the federal and state governments to turn their attention towards engaging Nigerian professionals in the most beneficial way for the rapid development of Nigeria.
