Addressing journalists, speaker for ORA, Okechukwu Onuoha, urged the former president to render proper account of his administration and desist from any act that is inimical to the peace and progress of community. He warned that the only recognised chairman of the community is Maduka Charles Delibe.

A resident and founder of “Concerned members of Oteyi Garden Estate” in the same community, Madubuike Samson, sued for the dissolution of all groups, including Community Development Area (CDA) to create peace. Reacting, chairman of omonile in the community, Teslim Adeshina, said fractional groups outside the original zones should cease to operate while he sorts out issues with the alleged improper fraction.
