Shiites seek release of El-Zakyzaky over deteriorating health
Members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), Shiites, have demanded the release of its leader, Sheikh Ibrahim El-ZakyZaky, to seek medical attention.
The Shiites, in a statement yesterday, appealed to the Federal Government to release El-Zakyzaky to prevent his health from deteriorating.
The statement signed by the spokesperson of the IMN, Mallam Ibrahim Musa, pointed out that “This week, close relations of Sheikh Ibraheem Yaqoub Zakyzaky visited him where the Department of State Services (DSS) claimed he was being held in protective custody since the 14th day of December 2015.
“From the report of the close relations, the health of our leader has deteriorated further.”
According to Musa, “The Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) is deeply concerned about the health of our incarcerated leader and believe that it is in the interest of the Nigerian State and those holding him to release him unconditionally to enable him attend to his heath.”

Release who? The criminal that orchestrated the death of over 300 “citizen”? The Iranian $100 is really working. Bark on, Ibrahim. If he’s released, where do you carry him to? Certainly not Zaria, cause the people of Zaria are willing to die in their bid not to have that nuisance in their midst.
We will review and take appropriate action.
