SinQ Record label, a Nigeria-based music label with penchant for grooming talented music professionals, strikes partnership with MBB Distro, as they announce the launch of a joint music development program for budding artistes, creatives and music professionals in Africa, while unveiling Afrobeats artist, Dannyello, as SinQ Record label’s first official signee.

Prior to this partnership, MBB Distro is notable for handling the public relations and marketing of top brands and public figures, including music distribution and promotions. They boast of a rich roster that cuts across entertainment, hospitality and politics, and is also notable within the music industry for their provision of label services, as well as being a management home to many talents including the trending new artist, Dannyello.

In a press statement, Oga Kizito and Verse6ix, the co-founders of MBB Distro, noted that they are committed to the impact and development of African music and also make its values more accessible to budding professionals in the industry.

Dannyello becomes the first artist officially signed under SinQ record label, for an undisclosed multimillion naira deal. He is also the pioneer act from this program, and his forthcoming music project will be SinQ Record label’s first music release. This project holds a lot of promises, and is one to look forward to, as its success will define the future of the program.

Verse6ix and Oga Kizito, the founders of MBB Distro, announced that their partnership with SinQ Record label, is only one of many, they intend to unveil other global partners before and during the kickoff of this program, once there is a finality in the pending legal agreement from the remaining parties.

MBB Distro are quoted in their press release saying: “We believe this music development program will serve as a precedent, and create a positive ripple effect that will prompt more big industry players to get involve in the development of emerging music professionals and largely, the music ecosystem in Africa”.

SinQ’s record label, is the second Nigerian owned label to officially launch a music development program in Africa, following in the footsteps of Mr Eazi’s Empawa. This move is set to revolutionize the music industry in Nigeria and largely across Africa, and give rise to the birth of a new era of Africa based music professionals.
