Spotlight PR, an Abuja-based public relations and communications agency, has been named PR Brand of the Year at the sixth Eko Heritage Awards, in recognition of its contribution to public relations and brand visibility services.

The award was presented during a ceremony held on Saturday at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, where individuals, organisations, entrepreneurs and creatives were recognised for their contributions to business, culture and national development.

Established in 2021 and organised by Ivory Forte Entertainment, the Eko Heritage Awards recognise achievements across various sectors while promoting Lagos’ cultural heritage. This year’s edition was held under the theme, From Adversity to Stardom.

Receiving the award, the Chief Executive Officer of Spotlight PR, Prince, thanked the organisers for the recognition and described it as an encouragement to continue raising standards within the public relations industry.

“We are deeply honoured by this recognition. Since launching Spotlight PR, our mission has remained simple: to help brands, businesses and individuals gain the visibility they deserve while taking away the stress that often comes with building a strong public image.”

He said the recognition would motivate the company to continue expanding its services across Africa and other regions.

Founded in Abuja, Spotlight PR provides services including media relations, strategic communications, corporate reputation management, executive branding, digital public relations and international press distribution.

The latest recognition follows other industry acknowledgements received by the firm this year, including being listed among leading public relations agencies in Abuja.
