Stampede: Cleric condoles victims’ families


Renown cleric and The Planter of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Adamimogo Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain World Wide, Prophet Sam Olu Alo, has condoled families and relatives of the victims of the recent stampede at a funfair in Ibadan including those currently in Police detention.

He urged all those affected by the sad incident to remain calm during this difficult time.

A statement by the Personal Assistant to Prophet Alo, Deji Ogunbusuyi emphasized the importance of faith and resilience, reminding the bereaved that God, who is the giver and taker of life, will provide comfort and solace in their sorrow.

The Cleric expressed deep condolences to families affected by the tragedy, saying the pain and grief that comes with losing a loved one, especially in such unexpected circumstances is huge.

Prophet Olu Alo encouraged the community to come together in support of one another, highlighting the need for unity and compassion during this challenging period.

The prophet also called on local leaders and organizations to provide assistance to the victims’ families, emphasizing the importance of community support in times of crisis.

He urged them to take proactive measures to ensure the safety of future events, advocating for better crowd management and emergency response plans to prevent similar incidents from occurring again.

He sympathised with Governor Seyi Makinde, people of Oyo state over the sad incident, commending the governor for the strategy he used to handle the matter without generating to chaos.

The Cleric also fecilitated with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Ekiti State governor, Abiodun Oyebanji who just turned 57 on earth, all Nigerians and members of Adamimogo all over the world merry Christmas and new year in advance.

He hailed governor Oyebanji on his 57th birthday, saying effort of the governor towards the progress and developement of Ekiti State can not be overemphasized since he had became governor of the state.

He called on Nigerians to keep praying to God so as to turn around the nation for good, saying Nigerians should not lose hope in the nation as new year approaches.
