The Chief Medical Director of Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital (ISTH), Dr Sylvanus Akhalufo Okogbenin was abducted Monday morning by suspected kidnappers in Benin-City, Edo State capital.

The two policemen attached to the CMD were also killed in a gun duel during the kidnap at Ramat Park in Ikpoba-Okha Local Govt Council Area on his way to work.
