Task force seizes drugs, clothing, others worth billions of naira in North Central
A task force comprising personnel of the Nigeria Customs Service, Nigerian Army, Department of State Services, Nigeria Police Force, Nigeria Immigration Service, Nigerian Air Force and the Nigeria Intelligence Agency (NIA) has seized goods worth billions of naira across borders of Kwara, Niger and Benue states in the North Central region.
Addressing reporters at the weekend in Ilorin, the Assistant Comptroller General of Customs, Aminu Dahiru, said the items, which included petroleum products, cars, fairly used clothing, hard drugs and food, were confiscated in the last one month.
