Why we made lands, property affordable for Nigerians – Adaralegbe

The Managing Director and founder of fast-growing real estate development company, T. Pumpy Concept Limited, Mr. Tayo Adarelegbe, has revealed that passion to ensure that more people become house owners made the company launch its current 40 per cent discount promotion.

Adaralegbe noted that the promotion, which commenced a few months ago, precisely, April 1 will end on June 30.

Addressing stakeholders ahead of the countdown to the end of the promotion, the managing director explained the rationale behind its affordable lands in Abuja.

According to him, people keep asking why and how they make lands available at an affordable rate, noting that the passion and compassion they have as an organisation has made them put all these before profit.

“One question people keep asking is why and how our lands are very affordable. There is almost no passing day we don’t get this feedback. The answer to this is that we are driven by our passion and compassion and put all of these before profit. Our passion and commitment to the betterment of humanity guide all our business decisions,” Adaralegbe said.

The company also revealed that plans have been concluded to spread its tentacles in Ibadan and Ekiti to make people in the southwest benefit from their lofty plans.
