Edo Guber: Okpebholo vows to revive Ojirami Dam if elected

All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate, Monday Okpebholo, on Friday, assured the people of Akoko Edo local government Council of his readiness to provide revive Ojirami Dam if elected as state governor.

Speaking at the APC ward-to-ward governorship campaign in Igarra, Akoko -Edo local government Council area of Edo State, Okpebholo also assured that the road between Ososo and Okpella will be given immediate attention within 100 days of his administration.

The governorship candidate informed the people that his five-point agenda namely: road construction, health, insecurity, education and agriculture would be his covenant with them.

He stressed that he will change the plight of teachers in the state and ensure that the Akoko-Edo local government Council area enjoys constant power supply, while safety of farmers and their farmlands will also be his top priority.

On his part, Minister for Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Abubakar Momoh, said the reconstruction of Igarra, Auchi Atte roads are already in the NDDC budget for the year.

He urged the Edo North people to come out on election day to vote on September 21 for Monday Okpebholo of the APC.
