Adron expands affordable houses options, woos subscribers

To reduce the nation's housing shortages, a real estate firm, Adron Homes and Properties Limited has expanded its affordable houses offerings to capture more Nigerians into the fold.

To reduce the nation’s housing shortages, a real estate firm, Adron Homes and Properties Limited has expanded its affordable houses offerings to capture more Nigerians into the fold.

The firm said it has expanded its micro-credit scheme, to include: Young landlords, daily payments and zero balance account initiatives.

These initiatives, Adron homes, which is celebrating its 10th year anniversary, said are aimed at providing affordable housing to Nigerians as well as West African countries.

Adron Homes’ Director General, Sales and Marketing, Dr. Fisayo Olotuntobi, who disclosed this at the unveiling of the free Fuel promo to mark the firm’s 10th Year Anniversary, said despite government policies and environmental challenges, more landlords have been made through the offerings.

She explained that the young landlord initiative, offers children from ,0-18 years to buy land while they are young and enjoy 30 per cent discount with gifts percent and balance within 24 months.

According to her, subscribers of the initiative, will also enjoy 30 per cent discount if they buy two plots and will pay within 36 months.

She stressed that the daily payment, allows subscribers to own a full plot of land by paying N2,000 for 22 days in a month for 48 months, while they can also get a conditional contract of sale spread balance within 48 months with zero balance account.

Oloruntobi said to commemorate their 10th anniversary, they are giving back to the nation, to the society.

She said: “We have bring in a lot of homeowners, high income, middle class and low income owners through different products, who are able to acquire their dream home. We have different estates across the country. Lagos, Abuja, Nasarawa, Ekiti, Osun, Oyo, Ogun and Cotonou.”

Also, the firm’s director of sales, Mrs. Sunmo Oguntoye, said the firm known for providing affordable houses is poised to move with greater zeal in the next decade.

She stressed that the firm will ensure that all international standards are brought back into the real estate industry.

According to her, all the deficiencies that have happened in the past in the nation’s real estate will be corrected as the firm is bringing efficiency back into the sector.

“To all our investors, we are giving you more courage and your investment with us will keep growing. Residents to our different estates, we will provide more infrastructure, like recreational centres to make our estates habitable across the country,” she said.

Oguntoye said the promo, which starts tomorrow, was aimed at rewarding Nigerians, who had stayed with the firm throughout the years.

She explained that the the company will spend N10 million in the promo, which will target 3,500 Nigerians ,who will get N3,000 worth of fuel per person.

According to her, everyone is to benefit as Adron homes, is partnering with 34 fuel stations to fill at least a 100 car for N3,000 per car in eight states, including Cotonou in Benin Republic.
