Messrs Dexdee Fountains has announced bargain prices for its prospective buyers during the Yuletide period.

The promotion is targeted at the Dexdee County Estate located at the Dexdee Golf Resort, Ekae GRA Benin City, Edo state capital. The location offers a serene and exclusive environment for both residency and leisure desires.

The estate is a mixed residential development with limited plots of undeveloped land for purchase, as well as beautifully built houses. Only seven plots and 12 units of two-bedroom flats are now available for off plan sale and requires 30 per cent deposit.

The company is offering a reduction in price for each unit of two-bedroom apartment from N35 million to N32 million. Also, the initial deposit was reduced from 50 per cent to 30 per cent.

In the site and services scheme, the land has a price tag of N15million per plot of 600 square metres and N18 million for 720 square metres, while payment has been spread over 15 months.

The Managing director/Chief Executive Officer, Dexdee Fountains, Desmond Odiase, said: “It is a dream and not a business. We are not driven by the nuances of unhealthy competition.”

The amenities consist of a 24/7 power supply and recreational facilities such as tennis court, two swimming pools, five exotic fountains of different designs, including mobile fountains, jogging track, gym, yoga room and bicycle track.

Also, on the cards include a restaurant, luxury guest houses overlooking the golf course, champagne lounge, event center, training hall, picnic area, library, helipad, waterpark and neighourhood supermarket.

Odiase said the project targets the diaspora market, high net worth residents in Benin or Edo state, well to do individuals and companies operating in Lagos, Abuja and other major urban centres in the country, who desire a tranquil home tucked away from their regular homes.

The title is safe and secure, backed by a Certificate of Occupancy.
