Firm cushions effect of housing deficits with 600-units

Sited at Abijo GRA along Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos, it features one, two and three-bedroom apartments in addition to penthouses.

Speaking at the ceremony which attracted Sola Sobowale who is a Nollywood actress, the Chairman, Middlechase Property Limited, Chudi Kalu reiterated commitment to deliver affordable projects using quality building materials and working with experienced construction professionals and artisans to satisfy subscribers. He expressed joy at the satisfaction on the faces of the subscribers who have become proud homeowners.

Also speaking, Sobowale who is one of the homeowners described the project as massive and of good quality.
