The Lagos State Branch of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) will next week hold the second edition of its real estate flagship programme.

The two-day programme tagged ‘The Summit 2.0.’ comes with the theme – Developing Business Modules for Best Practice. The Chairman of the Heads of Practice Sub-committee, Adedotun Bamigbola will chair the event. The committee is organising the summit.

Among the sub-themes are project finance, facility management, property taxation, mortgage and insurance valuation, agribusiness and Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

Resource persons include Mr. Adeniyi Adeleye, Head, Real Estate, StanbicIBTC West Africa, Mrs. Funke Okubadejo, Director, Real Estate, ACTIS International, Mr. Jide Orimolade, Managing Director, Law Union and Rock Insurance Plc.
