PSHAN honoured with HFN Pioneer Supporter Award


Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria (PSHAN) has been recognised with the HFN Pioneer Supporter Award at the 2025 Healthcare Federation of Nigeria (HFN) yearly conference and 10th anniversary gala dinner and awards in Lagos.

The award celebrates PSHAN’s dedication, impact, and invaluable contributions as a pioneer executive council member of HFN and an active player in shaping HFN’s journey.

Commenting on the award, MD/CEO of PSHAN, Dr. Tinuola Akinbolagbe, expressed gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed the organisation’s dedication to improving healthcare access across the country.

“This award is a testament to our mission of driving private-sector collaboration to advance healthcare in Nigeria. The HFN Pioneer Supporter Award acknowledges organisations and individuals who have made significant contributions to the growth and success of HFN over the past decade.

As a long-standing partner of HFN, PSHAN has been instrumental in mobilising private-sector resources to bridge healthcare gaps, notably through its Adopt-A-Healthcare Facility Programme (ADHFP), which focuses on revitalising primary healthcare centres nationwide.The event brought together industry leaders, policymakers and healthcare professionals to celebrate a decade of progress in Nigeria’s healthcare sector.

Other distinguished awardees were also recognised for their contributions toward strengthening the country’s healthcare ecosystem. As PSHAN continues to champion transformative health interventions, this award reinforces the organisation’s mission to drive sustainable healthcare solutions, ensuring that every Nigerian has access to quality medical care.
