Legal entrepreneur, author, media personality and founder of Prince Joel Real Estate Academy Ltd, Dr. Prince Joel, has announced a high-impact seminar themed, ‘Realtors In The Cell’.

The seminar, which is billed to hold in Asaba, Port Harcourt, Owerri, Lagos and Abuja respectively will focus on tackling Property Transactions: Contracts and Criminal Liability under the Administration of Criminal Justice Act 2015 while addressing the rising cases of arrest, detention, and prosecution of real estate agents across Nigeria.

Remarking on the ideology behind the seminar, Joel explained that though the real estate industry is one of Nigeria’s fastest growing sectors, this growth comes with diverse risk.
