Senator Gbenga Ashafa

For a while, partying has not been the strong point of Senator Gbenga Ashafa. Unlike a lot of his colleagues, who would tell you they only party when necessary, Ashafa really does party only when need be.

The man, who rather spends his time with his people, has, however, becoming a popular face at parties of late, as he has not missed any of the top parties thrown by a politician in recent times. In fact, he was one of the guests who graced a recent party held at Landmark Event Centre on Lagos Island.

During his time there, he was everywhere, either shaking hands with one politician or contributing to a conversation.

Some high society buffs believe he is embracing partying as a means of maintaining political relevance, ahead of next year’s general elections.
