The Managing Director of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Senator Gbenga Ashafa has said the emergence of new risks in the country pose new threats to real estate investment.
To mitigate the burden of housing Nigerians, the Federal Government has been urged to provide tax incentives, grants or waivers for private estate developers engaged in providing millennial homes.
Following outrage over Sunday’s demolition of illegal structures in FESTAC Town, Lagos State, by officials of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA), the public has been urged to show sympathy to the allottees rather than owners of demolished structures.
