It was a night of fun and excitement, last Friday, as popular Ghanaian Hip-life/Afro-RnB singer, Gregory Nii Bortey Newman, better known as King Promise, thrilled his fans in Lagos with a soulful and intimate performance during the #TraceLiveWithKingPromise concert.

Held at the Terra Kulture venue, in Victoria Island, Lagos, the show saw King Promise perform some of his timeless hits including Abena, Bra, among other new unreleased bops. The show was a melting pot of beautiful melodies and intriguing stage performances.

It was a defining moment for the Nigerian and Ghanaian music industry, which has long since experienced intermittent feuds between the countries’ biggest acts.

After the outstanding performance, King Promise expressed his gratitude to his Nigerian fans for loving his music and supporting his career.

“Thank you, Nigeria for an unforgettable night. Love to everyone who came out and big love to Trace Naija for making it happen,” he said.
