Gospel singer, songwriter and performing artist, Ada Ogochukwu Ehi Moses, professionally known as Ada Ehi, has released a new single titled, ‘Another Miracle’.

The Chemical and Polymer Engineering graduate from the Lagos State University stated that the inspiration behind her latest hit was from a regular contemplative discourse within her heart. Her day-to-day thoughts and experiences also played a part in the conception of the trending gospel track.

“The song is a statement and affirmation of faith and a response to life’s questions. My thoughts and the meditations of my heart were the major inspiration behind the song. These are the things I constantly think about and respond with in my everyday life, and that is what inspired me to write it. It is a statement of my faith to life’s questions and difficult situations” she said.

The gospel act noted that her collaboration with Dena Mwana had been in the works long before the song was written and produced. Rockfest 2022 presented an avenue for the pair to get to work on the release of the gospel hit.

“It was not a quick studio writing session. Dena Mwana had come for Rockfest 2022 and she stayed back because we knew we wanted to work on a song together and create something that represented our cultures. So, we headed to the studio, I called the producer Preach Zagi, who happens to also be my guitarist and we played around with the beat and got the melody. It was a Praise Break Session – although we didn’t have the lyrics yet. After she left, I began working on the lyrics, based on the everyday meditations of my heart and spirit.

“Like I stated earlier, Dena and I had always known we were going to work on a song that would fuse our cultures, and when the opportunity finally presented itself, “Another Miracle” was created.”

Ehi was full of praise for Dena Mwana and her exceptional feats in the gospel music industry, stating that her outstanding flair was always going to give the song a unique edge.

“Dena Mwana is a celebrated singer and minister of the gospel, and she is a person I have long admired. So, it was a wonderful experience working with her on this special victory song. Her distinctive style in her local dialect added more colour to the song, and I am truly grateful.”

Ehi wants her sounds to continue to be a source of joy to all her listeners. She believes that she was called by God to resonate His transformative power and to offer hope to anyone facing any challenges.

“First, I am grateful for another sound being birthed through me and I am excited because I know it is going to lift people. And like I stated earlier, the theme is victory. It is another song on the finished work of Christ and that is always my theme.

“The spirit of God said to me, when people listen to my music, they will experience the lifting power, so listeners are going to experience the lifting power of the Holy Ghost. It will be a response to whatever situation they’re going through. This is another victory song for people out there.”
