Though his name and face might not ring a bell outside high-society circles due to his quiet lifestyle, Oba Osoja, who is the founder and Chairman of Deensat Tech Engineering Company Ltd., Building, Civil & Infrastructural Engineers, plays in the big leagues. He is only said to get involved with multi-million and billion-naira real estate deals.
During the week, Oba Osoja completed his private residence. The sheer opulence and splendor of Oba Osoja’s living room will practically daze many.
Very spacious and filled with exotic furniture, it is a mansion befitting royalty. The white edifice is built in a three-floor style. The construction reportedly took 10 months, and the property sits on an acre of land. It was said to have cost millions of naira to complete.
A video shared online by Oba Osoja showed that each area of the mansion was meticulously decorated with high ceilings, opulent chandeliers, and luxurious furnishings. The massive structure of the building sparked reactions, leaving many to compare the house to that of some other well-known Nigerian billionaires.
