Lifestyle Entrepreneur and Chief Executive Officer of The Sunky O Lifestyle Company, Sunkanmi Ojulari has done a preview of  “NightLife in Lasgidi,” a docuseries capturing the nightlife experience in Lagos.

The preview to the series was unveiled to industry leaders, nightlife entrepreneurs, entertainment stakeholders and the media at an exclusive screening during Sunky O’s birthday celebration at the Library in Lagos.

Nightlife in Lasgidi explores the pulsating nightlife of Lagos such as the bustling bars, clubs, and venues that come alive after dark.

The eight episode series also celebrates the spirit of entrepreneurship and the individuals who have turned their passion for nightlife into successful businesses showcasing the glamorous lifestyle of celebrities and influencers and nightlife lovers.

The series showcases the captivating Lagos nightlife in visuals with intimate interviews and the fusion of local and international sounds, fashion, and entertainment that makes the city a cultural melting pot. The audience will gain deep insight into curating unforgettable experiences of the city’s nightlife.

While speaking on his inspiration for the project, Sunky O said: “Having lived my life in the great city of Lagos, I have experienced its splendor. What I have found astonishing is the nightlife. The Nightlife culture in Lagos is a bustling scene and through the years, it continues to show potential for vibrancy.

“The city that never sleeps makes all the difference with a diverse range of nightlife experiences from the Island to the mainland. Now is the time to tell the Lagos Nightlife story and the Sunky O Lifestyle Company is excited to spearhead the narrative.”

The event also featured a panel session moderated by Venita Akpofure, which included the CEO, Bobby Taylor Company, Bukky George Taylor; Socialite and Nightlife Entrepreneur, Pretty Mike; and Sunky O, the Executive Producer of ‘NightLife in Lasgidi’ and the CEO of the Sunky O Lifestyle company.

The panelists discussed the importance of telling the right narrative of the history, and culture of Lagos Nightlife, as well as the opportunities to boost Lagos NightLife through the docu series.

Some notable personalities at the event included Moet Abebe, Latasha Ngwube, DjTgarbs, Kanaga Jnr, Abby Charles, Idia Aisien, Damilola Olufowobi, Nowe Segun-Ojo, Taymesan, Uti Nwanchukwu, and Yemi Cregx.

NightLife in Lasgidi will be released to the public through various distribution channels allowing a wider audience to experience the magic of Lagos nightlife.
