Benard Adedeji Ossai, popularly known as Ben Cash has revealed what stands him out among the horde of skits makers populating the social media space in recent time.

According to the Sirbalo Comedy Clinic member, his flexibility in acting and the ability to take on any character he wants is his signature and trump card to stay ahead of the crowd.
“I can be any character I wish to be and deliver it with panache. In a blink of an eye, I could switch characters from a schoolboy to Mummy G.O.. It is my selling point. Not many comedians can take on different characters and interpret the role so well,” he says
Ben Cash is known for his funny comic videos and skits. He won Indomie BelleFull Comedy Challenge 2.0 in 2016 while his comedy career started in the year 2013 with his team, Sirbalo Comedy Clinic.
“Acting has always been my dream, but with help of my friend (Sirbalo) after he was done learning film making, we created a group called Sirbalo Comedy Clinic and started making our skits, he states
Ben Cash also reveals the source of his stage name and his most viral videos that launched him into stardom.
” I got my stage name from a short movie titled “Money Spender” in the early days of my career where I was cast as Ben Cash. The character inspired the stage name. Ben Cash in real life is a calm and peaceful person, ” he says
Ben Cash also stated that his most viral and successful videos are Mallen College, Holyland Hotel and Mummy G.O
“They became successful because they are relatable and funny,” he says.
Ben Cash affirms the fact that skits makers are making a lot of money from their content, adding that skits making is the best thing that has ever happened to him.
Hear him : “Yes, skit making is a high paying job and it has helped most of our people in Nigeria. There are some high paying platforms one can post content and earn from, when you meet their requirements.
He also has a piece of advice for aspiring skits makers, saying, “My advice for up-and-coming skit makers is to make good use of social media. Right now, not everyone has to climb the stage to make everyone laugh. In the comfort of your home, you can make your audience laugh and make money from it. I encourage them to also be creative in their craft because we have a lot of people doing it too. Lastly, humility is also part of the journey.”
