Each room at Eden Hotel and Resort is tastefully furnished and features an en-suite bathroom, functional air conditioner, flat screen TV connected to cable networks, worktable and chair and open WI-FI service, among others.

The on-site restaurant serves local African and continental dishes, while the bar is stocked with assorted drinks, including wines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. With ample packing space, laundry services are provided for guests though at a price.According to the Managing Director/CEO of the hotel Mrs Gertrude Akhimien, Eden Hotel & Resort is an all-in-one hospitality concept for business, leisure, entertainment and events.

“Our facility is nestled within the Sango Ota industrial town, about 500 meters away from Canaan land en-route Idi-Iroko. We are located in an environment that is calm and tranquil, affording privacy and security for both local and foreign guests.”The hotel’s major objective, Akhimien noted, “is to deliver top-notch hospitality services to the highly discerning individual and corporate clientele with a keen interest for tailor-made services delivered within an exquisite and exclusive complex by well trained professional and courteous staff.” 
 
On the unique selling point of the facility, she explained, “we have luxurious rooms that offer a sense of ‘home from home’, with facilities that combine formal and informal experiences without compromising the unique requirements of both. Again, we have staff members that have strong customer-service ethics and our business facilities are structured to serve the peculiar needs of our various guests.”

On her experience in running the facility, the CEO said, “Like every other new business, it was difficult at first; we had to create brand awareness in our immediate community, as well as attract discerning clients. Nonetheless, we have experienced some growth and have been able to establish our brand as one of the leading luxury hospitality edifice in our area of specialty,” she said.

Other facilities at the resort include a 50-seater Cinema Hall, Chinese/Continental/African Restaurants, 800-seater capacity Hall, a 300-seater capacity Hall, a Board Room, Swimming Pool, Mini Zoo, Art Gallery and Back-up Power supply with three generators.
