Absolut Vodka Nigeria announces creative competition to empower visual artists

Renowned premium vodka brand Absolut Vodka Nigeria has recently announced the Absolut Creator competition. 

For as long as the brand has been in existence, it has strived to be synonymous with innovation and elevation of creatives home and abroad and this competition designed to highlight talented artists is no different. 

The main focus of the competition is to encourage digital & visual artists of all disciplines to give some insight into what their idea of a better Nigeria looks like using their art and imagination. Through this, Absolut Vodka Nigeria is implying that the current situation of the country does not limit its growth potential and is calling up creatives to be inspired and imagine a better Nigeria. Artists are encouraged to use their talent to visualize hope for a better tomorrow which would ultimately help amplify the positive hopes that the youth still have for Nigeria. 

Interested artists are to focus on the theme which is that everyone should be free to express themselves. 

Secondly they’ll need to download the Absolut bottle outline, brand logo tagline here. Next step would be to create their vision of a better Nigeria using the highlighted brand belief and incorporate the Absolut bottle outline.

Then, visit https://www.absolut.com/ng/theabsolutcreator/ to sign up and submit the artwork: – Enter your name, email address and relevant social media handles in the submission box. – Finally – Upload your design or artwork and click on ‘submit’. After that, you’re all set! 

There a few ground rules to keep things Absolut’ly organized; 

• Artwork must include the Absolut bottle outline from top to bottom. 
• Artwork must include the brand logo and campaign tagline at the bottom • Artwork must be developed in portrait format – not dimension specific. 
• Avoid multiple silhouettes within your artwork 
• Artworks must embody the theme in a Nigerian context.
