At the sold-out event that was tagged, ‘For Females Only’, fans and associates trooped to the venue to party with the Ojuelegba hitmaker who continues to be a prominent figure in global music.

Piece of My Heart marks the start of the Morayo era, Wizkid’s sixth album, which is a tribute to his late mother, who passed on in 2023. At some point, the new song is more likely to make you happy than sad, and it’s also a classic with timeless allure that should be added to the playlist.

Wizkid announced his upcoming single amid celebration of the 10th anniversary of his sophomore album, Ayo, which housed the mega-hit single Ojuelelegba. Titled, Oshe Naija (Thank you in Yoruba), it is a month-long initiative that pays tribute to several regions that have significantly shaped Nigeria’s soundscape.
