Bullion Go-Neat Global Limited, a Nigerian company with ventures spanning entertainment, manufacturing, sports, and real estate, has marked a significant milestone with its recent certification in the United Kingdom.

Now officially registered as Bullion Records, Sports, and Industries Limited under the UK Companies Act 2006, the organisation was incorporated as a private limited company in England and Wales on 20 November 2024.

The certification, confirmed by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales, grants Bullion Records the legal framework to operate in the UK. This achievement signals the company’s intent to broaden its international presence, with a focus on fostering stronger economic ties between Nigeria and the UK.

Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, CEO of Bullion Records, expressed excitement about the milestone, describing it as a gateway to seamless operations in both local and international markets. “This certification is a major step forward. It marks the beginning of a new phase where we can expand our reach and integrate operations between Nigeria and the UK,” Ajadi said.

As part of its international strategy, Bullion Records plans to launch the production of products such as Coco Malt Drink, Coco Magic Energy Drink, and lubricants by 2025. The company’s innovative approach will facilitate an exchange of goods between the UK and Nigeria, ensuring products made in one region are accessible in the other.

This strategy will strengthen our brand’s presence and bolster local industries,” Ajadi noted, adding that the initiative aligns with the company’s vision of global growth while supporting local economic development.

Bullion Records, renowned for its contributions to the music and real estate industries, views the UK certification as a step toward becoming a global leader in diverse sectors. Ajadi emphasised that the company’s international expansion would create new opportunities for economic growth and job creation in both regions.

This landmark achievement establishes Bullion Records as a trailblazer among Nigerian companies seeking global recognition, serving as a model for others aiming to expand their operations internationally while contributing meaningfully to local development.
