Reputed for its impressive array of talents, exponential growth that guarantees unparalleled vibes and enduring memories, organisers of the Afro Nation, a yearly three-day music festival founded in 2019 by Live Nation, Sociedade Lusa de Espectáculos (SLE) and Event Horizon to bring together the best African artistes in Afrobeats, Hip hop, RnB, Dancehall, Gqom, Amapiano, Afroswing and more is pulling out all the stops for its fifth-anniversary edition in 2025.
  
Headlining the event schedule as lead performers is three of the biggest names in African music, Temilade Openiyi known professionally as Tems; Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu well known as Burna Boy and Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe better known by the stage name, Ayra Starr.
  
The trio, among other artistes like Franglish, Gabzy, Tiakola, and Inoss’B, will lead the charge at music fiesta that has been slated to hold from July 9 through July 11 in Portugal. Adding more groove to the mix, The Piano People stage also announced Scorpion Kings and DBN Gogo, alongside Vigro Deep, Mörda, Oskido, KMAT, Shakes & Les and Rosey Gold. The festival promises to be another big moment for the global African music scene.
