Abia State star boy Kalu Ekeh Onwuka, popularly known as “Scorpion,” clinched a gold medal at the ongoing Gateway Games with an impressive throw of 16.28 meters in the men’s shot put event.
 
This marked a remarkable comeback for the star after missing the previous edition due to a leg injury. Speaking after his victory, the elated athlete declared: “This is just me saying, I am back.”
