Experts from The Netherlands, EFL To Grace Event
As part of the build-up to the 2025 Greensprings Football Camp, the 1997 African Footballer of the Year, Victor Ikpeba, made a special appearance at Greensprings School, Lekki Campus, inspiring young athletes ahead of the much-anticipated event .

His visit energised students, as he shared valuable insights on discipline, dedication, and the importance of early football training.

Billed to hold from April 13 to 17, 2025, the Greensprings Football Camp is a premier training programme designed to develop young football talents in Nigeria.

According to the organisers, this year’s edition will feature top-tier coaches from the Netherlands, the English Football League (EFL), and Nigeria, alongside experienced coaches from Greensprings.

Some of the things to expect at the camp include tactical drills and mentorship from professional coaches, skill development such as intensive training on technique, teamwork, and game strategy as well as scholarship opportunity to Greensprings School, which is open to boys and girls, whose ages from 5 to 17.

The organisers also stated that the camp would provide a platform for young athletes to refine their football skills and gain exposure to international training standards.
