For a player who only recently stepped up from lower-division football, the honour marks a significant milestone. Istifanus joined Nasarawa United from Camp Pro FC and has wasted little time adapting to the pace and demands of Nigeria’s top flight. Operating primarily as an attacking midfielder, Istifanus has become a crucial link between midfield and attack for the Lafia-based side.
