Victor Ezeji’s testimonial will hold on December 10 in Port Harcourt.

Fans who want to watch the Victor Ezeji Testimonial would not have to pay to do so, according to Victor Ezeji.Ezeji told the VET Media that he spoke with the Rivers State Sports Commissioner, Boma Iyaye, a few days ago and the suggestion was that tickets should not be sold for the event.

“According to him the state has a policy that when they sponsor events like these, they want to use it as an opportunity to give back to the people, so selling tickets would be against their policy,” Ezeji said.

“As a result of this, the different committees responsible for maintaining order at the stadium would have to be more vigilant as we expect more than we planned for to show up for the game,” he added.

The game holds at the Sharks FC Stadium in Port Harcourt today and the state governor, Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike will be special guest of honour. The Sharks Stadium is at the heart of the old Port Harcourt Township where most fans of the defunct Sharks, a club where Victor Ezeji started his career are resident.
