Grasshoppers, Adorable Angels win as competition enters day nine

Imo Grasshoppers, Adorable Angels and Rima Strikers, yesterday, won their matches in the women and men categories of the ongoing Prudent Energy Handball Premier League holding at the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja. 
 
The Grasshoppers returned to winning ways after losing to FRSC’s Safety Babes on Wednesday by beating Plateau Peacocks 23 to 18. Also, defending champions, Kwara State’s Adorable Angels, defeated Kada Queens of Kaduna 33 to 22 to remain in contention for the women’s title.
 
Also, Rima Strikers of Sokoto defeated Plateau Vipers of Jos 33 to 22 in the only game decided as at press time in the men’s cadre.
 

In the men’s class, Plateau Vipers will test their strength against Tojemarine Academy, Safety Shooters will battle Lagos Seasiders, D Defenders have a duel with Kada Stars, Confluence Stars will meet Rima Strikers, while Kano Pillars take on Niger United.
