Ahead of the African Cup of Nations qualifier between Benin Republic and Nigeria on Saturday, Super Eagles’ players are billed to take a special COVID-19 test before departing Lagos for Porto Novo tomorrow.

According to Super Eagles Media Officer, Femi Raji, the COVID-19 test is mandatory for all the players and officials travelling to Benin Republic.
“The COVID -19 test is mandatory for all players invited for the AFCON qualifier. It will be conducted for the team before they depart Nigeria,” he said, adding that preparations are in top gear for the game.
