The Nigeria Volleyball Federation has changed the venue for the 2018 Volleyball Premier league from Kaduna to Abuja following the security challenges in the state.

The volleyball federation says it cannot guarantee the safety of the players in Kaduna.

According to the Local Organising Committee (LOC) put in place for the tournament, online betting the date for the commencement of the league has been shifted from today (November 1) to Saturday November 3, to enable participating teams arrive for the tournament.

Secretary of the LOC Alhaji Adamu Maikano, online betting site who communicated the new date to the participating clubs, stated that the new venue for the league is the indoor sports hall at the National Stadium Package B, Abuja.

“The new date of the League is from November 3 to 10 in Abuja. betting tips 1×2 The venue was changed from Kaduna to Abuja due to the safety of the players,” he stated.

According to Maikano, the League would have taken place long ago, Today Match but the Federation decided to move it forward as Nigeria hosted the U-21 Men’s Africa Volleyball Nations Cup, as well as the zonal eliminations of the 19th National Sports Festival.

He added: “Nigeria Volleyball is under the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB), Premier league team and we had to shift our program.”
