Key Verse: 2 Corinthians 6:1-2: “As God’s partners, we beg you not to toss aside this marvellous message of God’s great kindness.

2 For God says, “Your cry came to me at a favourable time, when the doors of welcome were wide open. I helped you on a day when salvation was being offered.” Right now God is ready to welcome you. Today he is ready to save you.” (TLB)

A story was told of a promising young man with a very good job. Permit me to use the name “Mr. Onyema” to represent him in this story.

A church in the city where he lived organised or hosted an evangelistic gathering, where members were all invited and it lasted some days.

Mr. Onyema was already a manager in his company, a very healthy young man with a PhD in his field. He lived in a very comfortable home.

According to the story, Onyema was described as a quintessential staff with both attractive and intimidating profile. Physically speaking, he was a “beautiful” young man, the dream of many ladies.

The church, through some of her members, approached Mr. Onyema and gave him a personal invitation to the evangelistic gathering. At that gathering, the church played host to a seasoned evangelist throughout the four nights.

During the meetings, all kinds of people were preached to and given opportunities to repent of their sins and accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.

Many prostitutes, drunkards, witches, occultist, armed robbers and thieves, sinners repented and accepted Jesus Christ into their lives.

Responding to the church members who invited him, Mr. Onyema told them, “I shall come tomorrow, “explaining that he was expecting his managing director.

Onyema, however, said he had no time then for the gospel till after the visit of his boss.

The managing Director visited and promoted him to a General Manager and gave him a brand new car. Mr. Onyema was seeing his Managing Director off at the airport, and was highly appreciative of the promotion and other favours meted to him.

Overwhelmed with great joy, while he (Onyema) was returning to his house from the airport, HE DIED IN A GHASTLY MOTOR ACCIDENT. He thought tomorrow was at his disposal. He never saw tomorrow. He missed Jesus, the promotion, his job and the car.

My beloved, you have only three days here: YESTERDAY, TODAY AND TOMORROW. Yesterday is gone; tomorrow cannot be predicted. Today is the only opportunity to repent and receive Jesus.

Postponement is the devil’s tact to destroy you. As you read this tract, I pray that God will save you from “HAD I KNOWN I WOULD HAVE REPENTED WHEN I HAD THE OFFER”

I plead with you not to ignore this great message of Salvation that you are reading today. God is ready to welcome you into His Kingdom. “Indeed, the “right time” is now. Today is your day of salvation.

Everyone in hell has repented, but they repented when it is too late. Are you willing to utilise the offer now and today? If yes, take the following steps now:

Just Respond To Jesus By Doing The Following

• Acknowledge your sins and your hopelessness as you are at the verge of going to hell.

• Believe that Jesus died for your sins.

• Confess your sins to Him.

• Receive and invite Him into your life.

Offer This Prayers

“LORD JESUS, I acknowledge my sins. I can’t hide them from you. I am almost going to hell. I believe that you died for my sake and I trust the power of your sacrifice and blood to cleanse me and make me a new creature. LORD JESUS, forgive me.

Come into my life and give me the power to be your child. From today, I promise to live for you all the days of my life. NO TURNING BACK. Thank you Lord.”
