My enemies are wasting their time

There are powers whose mission is to make sure people’s destiny and potential are wasted or rendered useless. Your potential is your God-given abilities that may be developed and lead to future success or usefulness. While your destiny is your hidden power believed to control what will happen to you in the future.

This is the reason you are under such concentrated attack because the enemies do not want you to fulfil your destiny. They don’t want you to enjoy the glorious things made available to you by God, and the earlier you address these powers the better. The Bible says, “many are the afflictions of the righteous, but God delivers him from them all.” The sacrifice of Jesus is to save us from the devil, so the moment you sign up to say, “yes” to Jesus, you become the devil’s target. From that point, expect different battles from the enemy. They’ll throw all sorts of things at you to change your focus, but with God on your side, they are wasting their time. Another wonderful thing is that God, Who called you, can handle them all on your behalf. Don’t be intimidated by their plans. Don’t be moved by their numbers, Don’t panic. Satan’s plan is always to put you in a panic mode. Put the Bible sermons and Bible study knowledge at your disposal into action. They are for a time like this. Don’t fear. Don’t cry. Put your faith into action. It works! Also consider the following points:

• Submit yourselves to God. James 4:7 says, “Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
 We need to stay close to God and within the covering of His protection and care, so we can discern the devil’s wicked plans.

• Prayer
Matthew 18:18-19 says, “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.”
Never underestimate the power of our prayers. Praying God’s words back to Him is a strong and mighty weapon against the forces of evil. It is truth and light going out, piercing holes in the darkness.

• Praise
2Chronicles 20:20 says
“As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated.”
Praise and worship will pave the way for God’s power to be displayed and for miracles to happen.

• Always fill your mind with God’s word.
One way to resist the enemy’s attacks is to continually fill our minds with God’s truth and to prepare our lives for battle every day. He arms us with the sword, the Word of God, to stand against Satan’s lies. It is the only offensive weapon we have and it is powerful enough to crush the devil’s plans and silence his accusing attacks.Worship with us at Rhema Deliverance Mission every first Friday night and Sundays.
